
Come out and dive a little deeper into your practice with this Yurt Yoga class that will offer a bit more vigor. This weekly offering will take the physical poses, or asanas, a bit deeper as you are reminded of your own strength and patience. Melissa will take you through an exploration towards a peak pose, warming up your mind and body, exploring different ways to access more challenging poses, followed by time to cool down and rest. This class will be filled with modifications welcoming all yogis to join! With emphasis on keeping yoga accessible for every body, Melissa will safely guide you through a yoga practice as you reunite with your breath and welcome mindful movements into your body, quieting your mind and finding your way into the present moment.
