About the Instructor:
Melissa's yoga journey began in 2013 with a growing hunger to learn more of the practice and a deeper understanding the history. She completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 with Jala Yoga, her Trauma Informed Yoga Training with Moving Mountains in 2020, and then completed her 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification in March 2024 also through Jala Yoga. Melissa created and opened Grow Yoga in April 2024. After falling in love with Soul Food Farm and teaching outdoor yoga on the magical property for a while, eventually the Yurt was built in August 2024 and became Grow Yoga's Home studio.
