Grief moves through us in many forms.
It may be loud or nearly invisible.
It may be fresh.
Or carried quietly for years.
This two-hour gathering inside the Yurt is an invitation to slow down and tend what is living in your heart — gently, without pressure to fix or resolve anything.
We will begin with a guided meditation to arrive in the body and create spaciousness. From there, we’ll move through a grounding, accessible yoga practice designed to support the heart space — weaving breath, steady strength, and subtle movement to help emotions metabolize at their own pace.
Throughout our time together, we will explore the wisdom of plant medicine as quiet companions in grief. You will be guided step-by-step in creating your own herbal tincture crafted specifically for heart support. As you blend and bottle your herbs, this becomes a personal ritual — something tangible to carry home, a reminder that tending the heart is an ongoing, living practice.
No prior experience with yoga or herbalism is needed.
All are welcome.
Whether you are grieving a person, an animal, a relationship, a version of yourself, or simply the state of the world — there is space for you here.
Your $55 registration includes all materials and supplies.
You will leave with your handmade tincture and practices you can return to again and again.
