
Welcome Spring with this Ayurveda inspired yoga practice including discussion about our physical and mental connection with nature, tips for staying in balance during the seasonal change, an energizing yoga practice and mindfulness nature walk. Tea will be served after class and students will be invited to sample a tonic for aiding digestion. All levels welcome.
